My experience

in home staging spans over a decade.

About 12 years ago, I prepared my first rental apartment - as you can see in the photo, I was involved not only in creating the concept of changes;)

At that time, I didn't know the term "home staging." However, I knew that properly preparing a property makes it stand out from the competition and increases its value.

The result? The apartment was rented almost immediately. Over the past 12 years, it has changed tenants eight times and was only unoccupied for 2 months – that was just the time needed to refresh the interior.

Quick transformations of apartments and houses, 

is the most common service I provide.

I am not afraid of brace concepts  if investor is open to them.

Big transformations involving demolitions and relocating walls or installing new windows, can also be found in my portfolio.
