BASE PROJECT

Base Project is the fundamental, yet most important service in my offer.

 

It is the source for the effectiveness of Home Staging.

 

This service is aimed at individuals who need guidance on how to transform their property, but who want and can make all the changes themselves.

For each of the rooms, I will present proposal for

 

  • the functionality of the space

  • the selection of furniture and all accessories and their arrangement
  • the color scheme
  • textiles

 

We will discuss various options and possibilities.

After our meeting you will know: 

  • which target group your offer should be aimed at

  • what the strengths and weaknesses of the property 

  • what renovation and repair work needs to be done

  • how to present the property to clients

FILL OUT THE FORM

After the meeting, you will receive a written summary of the discussed changes along with a list of all the steps of the property's transformation, categorized by rooms.

The information I provide will help you plan your next steps and will be useful during the purchase of furniture and accessories, but it will be up to you to decide what you choose.

The proposed changes will be tailored to your financial, time, and physical capabilities. With this support, preparing the property on your own will not be a problem.

If needed, I can create  a visualisation of selected or all rooms.

1 / CONTACT

  • I will send you an information form regarding your property. This will allow me to efficiently prepare an offer tailored to your needs.

 

The form is not a contract. It does not obligate you to continue working with me.

2 / SCOPE OF COOPERATION

  • Upon receiving your form, I will prepare the contract along with the valuation
  • We will discuss the contract together
  • After final arrangements and signing the contract, I will begin work

3 / PROJECT

  • Knowing your budget and available time, I will prepare a proposal for changes for all rooms

  • The preparation time for the Base Project for a property of about 50m2 is usually 2 days

4 / DISCUSSION OF CHANGES

  • When the scope of changes is ready, we will set a date for a meeting to discuss it,
  • During the meeting, we will review all proposals and make changes if necessary
  • After the meeting, you will receive a summary in written form

What next?

  • Based on the received guidelines, you will purchase the necessary furniture and decorations.

  • Make sure to carry out the repair and renovation work.

  • Arrange the furniture and decorations according to the proposal included in the Base Project summary.

Investing in Home Staging is definitely lower than reducing the price of your property.
